Descrizione

• You develop sourcing strategies for our German speaking markets and acquire new bus partner companies
• You procure the transports and lead the negotiations with our bus partner companies
• You coach our bus partner companies and act as a competent partner and consultant
• You recommend and work on improvements regarding our sourcing approaches and processes to avoid empty bus mileage and idle driver times • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, etc.
• Excellent organizational talent, an independent and reliable working-style
• Analytical mindset, MS Excel skills
• Passion for passenger transportation and a customer-focused attitude
• Interest in the continuous improvement of our processes and tools
• Flexibility to perform on duty (roughly half a dozen times per year)
• Fluent in German and English, any other European language is a plus
