Descrizione
• You recruit and convince the most promising candidates in the field of IT to join our successful venture and support our growth on an international level• You are in charge of the entire recruitment process, from receiving the vacancy request to making an offer to the candidate
• You partner with the IT teams on finding great candidates to grow the IT organization
• You provide a direction for recruiting, by setting up recruitment processes, working on our employer brand and delivering a good candidate experience
• You take over recruiting-related projects and contribute to the further development of our recruitment section by sharing your ideas and bringing them to life • Degree in Business Administration, Business IT or another business or technology related field
• First experience in recruiting (preferably in the IT area), ideally in start-ups or in a dynamic company (strategy consulting, digital business, etc.)
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive working-style and passion to drive projects and make them happen
• Commitment, team-orientation and interest in the different fields of IT
