• You recruit and convince the most promising candidates in the field of IT to join our successful venture and support our growth on an international level
• You are in charge of the entire recruitment process, from receiving the vacancy request to making an offer to the candidate
• You partner with the IT teams on finding great candidates to grow the IT organization
• You provide a direction for recruiting, by setting up recruitment processes, working on our employer brand and delivering a good candidate experience
• You take over recruiting-related projects and contribute to the further development of our recruitment section by sharing your ideas and bringing them to life • Degree in Business Administration, Business IT or another business or technology related field
• First experience in recruiting (preferably in the IT area), ideally in start-ups or in a dynamic company (strategy consulting, digital business, etc.)
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive working-style and passion to drive projects and make them happen
• Commitment, team-orientation and interest in the different fields of IT
