You strengthen FlixBus in the CEE South market and take full ownership for developing our local business and ensuring its sustainability
You shape the path and ensure the clear market leadership of Flixbus in the whole region
You are the leader, builder, and developer of our CEE South team and office
You drive business development, discover new business opportunities and manage relations with authorities and politics
You develop long-term plans and ensure new collaboration opportunities and present cooperation advantages towards our partners
You take on full business responsibility for the entire CEE South entity and ensure great commercial and customer happiness results
You customize the FlixBus product to fulfill the special needs of our CEE South customers
You take on all strategic and operational tasks required when starting up new countries
You find and develop best practice solutions in our local entities and implement these in the whole region
By being the main interface between our HQ and the local entity you ensure a frictionless cooperation when working towards a common goal Master's degree in Business, Economics, Transport, Tourism or related fields of study
Experienced manager with an operational understanding
Trustworthy, committed, responsible paired with an analytical mindset and an excellent sense of business
You have the flexibility to anticipate disruptive change, the execution capabilities to meet today's demand, and the opportunity to build shared values
