• You will proactively build and manage partner relationships globally from project inception to implementation
• You understand the complexities of the different projects and how they interlink and overlap
• You build strong relationships with new partners and work directly with sales, marketing, technical and customer support teams
• You actively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements
• You are responsible for being the technical point of contact for our partners and our business departments
• You host regular workshops, calls, and meetings to ensure business managers understand the technical aspects of the products
• You plan data integrations, migrations, and go-to-market strategies together with sales
• You report on program performance to the executive team and technical staff • You have successfully managed partner integrations in the past
• You have good knowledge of REST API, HTTP, JSON / XML, SOAP, curl and REST clients (i.e. Postman, Paw)
• You have a good understanding of Agile methodologies and product-led organizations
• You are familiar with JIRA and Confluence
• You are experienced in Logging systems (i.e. Graylog, Rollbar) and monitoring systems (i.e. NewRelic)
• You enjoy learning and sharing your knowledge and special experience with other team members
• You have strong English language skills
