Descrizione

• You manage projects to implement new ancillary services and support the whole innovation process from product conception across technical development to operational execution
• You work closely with various stakeholders within our company-wide network during product conception and support them in dealing with our products across the whole product life circle
• You monitor the performance of existing offerings and optimize the current product portfolio (e.g. in relation to product revenues, customer happiness, operational processes)
• You derive specific measures and recommendations for action and present your results in the right format to diverse audiences in preparation for strategic product and project decisions
• You analyze the market to identify new product ideas, build business cases for our project pipeline and prioritize promising concepts in terms of estimated impact, needed effort, and complexity
• You support us with regular reports for executive committees and budget planning process • You have an excellent degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field of study and experience in product and project management, a strategic business division or similar; preferably in ancillary revenues, transportation, tourism industry, or similar
• You are experienced in leading complex (sub)projects and confident with common project management methods
• You can run multiple complex work streams in a cross-functional environment and have a well-organized, independent and solution-oriented work style. Within a fast-changing environment you feel comfortable.
• You are familiar with the MS Office package, especially in dealing with PowerPoint. Additionally, you demonstrate an analytical mindset in creating analysis and business cases in Excel
• You have excellent communication skills and present your results in a customized and appealing form
• You are fluent in English. Furthermore, you have elementary proficiency of the German language, any other language is a plus
