Descrizione

• You are responsible for our HR tools and systems to ensure the further development of our HR software landscape
• You prioritize and refine the product backlog, in line with the strategic HR vision
• You always try to find and build better HR software, aiming to constantly improve the employee experience and HR work
• You are responsible for system implementation, harmonization, and optimization of HR software projects
• You create and maintain a good understanding of emerging HR technologies and systems
• You integrate various HR data sources, track and analyze KPIs, and generate meaningful insights out of people data
• You support the continuous improvement of our employee survey tool and derive actions based on KPIs and predictive analytics
• You work with your stakeholders in the organization to gather their support and deliver on their needs • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Tech or Business-related fields of study
• Gained 3-5 years of work experience with a focus HR Systems, Tools and Softwares, ideally in an agile environment
• Track record of successful projects and tech savviness
• Passion for digital products, services and for problem solving
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling is a plus
• You are passionate, committed, team-oriented with an accurate and structured work style
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
