• You manage the implementation of a wide range of strategic projects in the areas of Organizational and Personal Development, Talent and Performance Management as well as People Analytics• You are responsible for system harmonization, internationalization and optimization of HR software projects
• You scout and evaluate new HR trends and software solutions
• You integrate various HR data sources, track and analyze KPIs, and generate insights out of data to further improve the employee experience
• You work at the interface between internal and external stakeholders and work closely with the Director HR
• You support and manage a team of HR and training specialists
• You are responsible for the on-time delivery of reports and presentations for strategic HR meetings • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or related fields of study
• Gained 3-5 years of work experience in a consulting firm, (HR) strategy division of a company, or similar area
• Track record of successful projects
• Strong analytical skills, an affiliation for numbers and good problem-solving skills
• You are passionate, committed, team-oriented with an accurate and structured work style
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
