Descrizione

• You lead and train our community of Operational Supervisors within your portfolio of bus partners, which are mainly based in Spain and Portugal.
• In compliance with the French guidelines, you implement new procedures, tools, and features with Supervisors in your portfolio to assure the follow-up of their activity.
• You follow daily quality indicators for each bus company/partner of your portfolio: you make recommendations to support the supervisors in the improvement of these indicators.
• You empower each supervisor in your portfolio to monitor their quality and procedures.
• You support the Operations Team with several additional projects • Bachelor/master's degree in business, Economics, Transport Management or similar
• Excellent oral and written skills in Spanish, English and ideally Portuguese. French is a plus.
• A first professional experience in tourism / transport / mobility' s field is a big plus (project management, staff planning, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with different stakeholders.
