• You are responsible for all the processes to obtain the final authorization for each bus lines in collaboration with our business partners, pricing & yield managers and network planning team;
• You manage the relationships with Regional and National and International public authorities (Italian Ministry of Transport offices, M.C.T.C., Città Metropolitane);
• You follow the regulatory process in order to facilitate and consolidate our position in the market entry and our authorization goals;
• You communicate with our business partners to handle our administrative/regulatory demands;
• You are responsible for the necessary to deliver a product that fully respect Regulatory Transport law in accordance with Italian and European rules and guidelines (D.M. 316/2006, D.Lgs 285/2005, Reg. CE 1071/2009, Reg. CE 1073/2009…);
• You communicate regulatory requirements and expectations across the company • Excellent Bachelor / Master degree in management, law, transportation or related fields of study;
• At least 1-3 years of work experience, ideally in the field of authorization and regulatory, preferable in a multinational environment;
• Full working proficiency in both Italian and English;
• Strong communication skills, to manage proper relationships with a wide set of public actors
• Professional user of the MS Office programs;
