Descrizione
• You have a monthly sales target and take full ownership of all indirect sales and related offline promotional activities involving their planning, implementation and evaluation with a focus on Spain and Portugal• You identify and acquire sales agencies and other offline channels, building strong and win-win partnerships
• You coordinate the relationships with agencies and external parties
• You implement strategic marketing & sales projects, and run operational activities
• You analyze the market and identify new marketing & sales opportunities (specific business opportunities, partnerships and marketing campaigns and manage relationships with national key stakeholders)
• You identify and share best practices across marketing & sales channels
• You report to the Managing Director Iberia and work closely with our Marketing & Sales department in Munich • Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience in Retail Sales
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience (b2b sales and business development role, start-ups)
• Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to back up assumptions
• High social, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proactive, strong focus on achievement and an entrepreneurial drive
• You are creative, eloquent and have a strong ability to manage a broad range of both proactive and reactive projects
• Enthusiasm, team spirit, and commitment are amongst your strongest qualities
• Spanish (native speaker level) and fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus, and so is German
