• You position FlixMobility as an employer of choice and execute modern recruitment marketing concepts and innovative strategies for talent acquisition
• You deliver a talent brand plan (including employer branding activities, social media actions, internal programs, etc.) to attract and recruit the best talent in the different countries, in close collaboration with the local teams
• Monitoring of market trends and innovations as well as benchmarking of recruiting and employer brand activities
• Together with our brand and recruiting team, you develop innovative target group-specific campaigns to attract the best talents from all over the world
• You improve the candidate journey from a user and employer branding perspective
• You control and optimize the success of employer branding activities by measuring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) • Outstanding degree in a business-related field with focus on Marketing, Communication or Management
• You gained 3+ years of work experience in employer branding; ideally in an international and dynamic environment
• You have a track record of successfully completed employer branding projects
• You distinguish yourself through strong conceptional skills, but you are also able to show your strengths in operational work
• You are passionate, committed, team-oriented with an accurate and structured work style
• Fluent in English, every other language is a plus
