Descrizione

• You advise our IT People managers and provide expert advice, guidance and coaching in all people aspects
• You understand the needs of our tech teams and reflect the companies' HR business needs when diving into different technology fields
• You contribute to the future development of our IT organization by continuously challenging and consulting the People Managers
• You own and further develop HR processes and give guidance in general HR topics
• You are responsible for your own HR related projects and ensure their successful execution
• You consult with the rest of the HR team and company to continuously improve the overall organizational efficiency, and ensure a great working culture
• You are responsible for FlixTech employees full life cycle and support employees throughout their time with us • Excellent degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences ideally with focus on HR
• First experience with IT Recruitment projects, ideally in an agile IT organization are a plus
• Experience in HRM and good understanding of operational workflows (e.g. blue-cards)
• You have successfully pushed through projects, taken over ownership and shown that your work style is goal-oriented and proactive
• You have full working proficiency in English, German as well as any other language is a plus
• You are highly motivated, assertive, and passionate about achieving your goals
