• Design sustainable training programs that are aimed at supporting learning paths individually and promoting self-organized training
• Conduct seminars, workshops and training (blended learning approach)
• Determine training needs with stakeholders and schedule training sessions
• Provide transparency according to FlixBus knowledge by creating needed e-learning content according to process change and growth
• Secure holistic understanding and conformity according to FlixBus standards with the goal to strengthening customer satisfaction
• Set up aligned exams and tests and conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement
• Support FlixBus continuous international expansion by developing scalable, automated training processes and tools • Proven experience as corporate trainer
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching
• Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); usage of e-learning software and authoring tools
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Critical thinking and decision making
• Certification as trainer
• Analytical mind, with an affiliation for numbers and KPI is a plus
• Fluent in English and speak at least one additional European language, preferably Italian
