Your tasks:• You will manage our Italian HR team and you will be in charge of all HR related topics in our Milan office
• You will coordinate the recruitment process and you will define with the Management the recruitment strategy according to business needs and company goals
• You will be in charge of the HRM (Human Resources Management) topics in collaboration with external consultants and payroll office
• You will be in charge of defining the strategies of career paths and training assessments, emphasizing the needs and the development of the local teams
• You will be the expert person of labor law and collective agreements and you will be responsible of the employees’ contractual relationships with the company
• You will act as an HR Business Partner collaborating with the Italian management giving them support and advice on a daily basis on people management
• You will be in charge of the collaboration with the German HQ to guarantee the coordination of the HR Italian strategy with the global strategy
Your profile:
• Excellent degree in Psychology, Law, Economics, Business or Social sciences, ideally with a focus on HR
• At least 4 years experience as an HR Manager
• You have made other experiences in HRM and recruiting, ideally in a start-up, strategy consultancy or a high-paced, dynamic environment
• Activities outside your academic background show us that you are ready to take over responsibility and drive the international development of our company
• Your work style is proactive, you are committed, team oriented and follow an accurate and structured way of thinking
• You are highly motivated, assertive and passionate about achieving your goals
• Native in Italian and fluent in English
