foodora is a Berlin-based food delivery service that partners exclusively with beloved local restaurants to deliver quality meals in 19 countries around the globe. We know the best that our cities offer and we’re bringing it online, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We provide our restaurant-partners with an on-demand fleet of bicycle couriers, making it simple for customers around the world to access delicious meals.  


We're currently expanding through Europe, Asia, Canada and Australia and we are always on the hunt for the brightest minds to join our team. Not only do we want to bring quality food to customers around the world, we also want to redefine delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.


We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f) for our Order Tracking & Order Processing team in our Berlin HQ!


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the post order squad- being the owner of the post order experience which includes: order tracking, self service/resolution center and order processing 
  • Work closely with Product, Design & Developers to create and implement tracking/order processing architecture for new features
  • Creating reports based on data analysis for local and international stakeholders (BI and Managing Directors included)
  • Integrating analytics and marketing technologies through tag management systems (heatmaps, customer surveys, A/B tests and session recording software)
  • Have a deep understanding of customer experience
  • Developing and improvement of system configuration and reporting KPI concepts
  • Managing cross-departmental projects related to order processing and tracking
  • Administration of multiple Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Premium domains
  • Implementing new and maintaining existing processes to perform advanced analysis 

  • Requirements:

  • 4 years of product management or related experience.
  • Experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies.
  • Experience developing Internet products and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.

    We are currently looking for a Junior Restaurant Marketing & Supply Manager for our HQ in Berlin!

    As a Junior Restaurant Marketing & Supply Manager you will become part of the Global Restaurant Marketing & Supply Chain Team for foodora and foodpanda. The team’s key focus lays on the definition, development & distribution of restaurant marketing materials. You will contribute by being responsible for purchasing and creative coordination.



    Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: forecasting country marketing material demands and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Supplier Management: building sustainable relationship with suppliers, identifying new suppliers, negotiating best prices
  • Sourcing: project management for marketing material productions - from supplier research over quoting & sampling to quality control
  • Design & Content Coordination: briefing in-house design & content teams for adaptations of existing & creation of new marketing materials
  • Portfolio Management: keeping prices, lead times and designs up-to-date for both internal (e.g. local country marketing) and external (restaurant partners) stakeholders
  • Activation Management: supporting cross-channel push activities for marketing material placements at restaurant partners (webshop, offline, partner care)

  • You monitor all our processes (B2B and B2C) and make sure that our customers constantly receive high quality deliveries
  • You are the first point of touch for our customers and restaurants via telephone, chat and email
  • You ensure the quality of our service by supporting our logistics team
  • You ensure that we receive the feedback of our customers so that we can optimize our processes

    Responsibilities

  • You will be applying your academic training to solve real-world problems and have an immediate impact on a fast-growing global business
  • You will be leading a 3 people team supporting all our Business units across topics such as Forecasting/Scheduling, Financial and resources planning, quality monitoring, training...
  • You will be managing the creation of our incident prediction and forecasting models from scratch and see them implemented and integrated with our systems
  • You will oversee the scheduling exercise taking our current process to the next level by adapting internal tools, integrating an external system or building from scratch
  • You will own the HR planning and monthly budget that will drive Recruitment and HR decisions. You will create the model and adjust it on regular basis to meet business need and reflecting your own observation

    Responsibilities:

  • You have operational and strategic responsibility for all teams within the Shared Service Center (Customer Service, Partner Service, Fleet Communications, Partner Care, Training / Quality and Workforce Management)
  • Ownership of all KPIs relating to availability, quality and efficiency of service provided to all customer groups
  • You are responsible for developing and empowering your leadership team to ensure all relevant business units are managed in a qualitative and efficient way
  • Close cooperation with stakeholders in global teams (offering strategic support) and local teams (sitting at the heart of development and operations in each respective country)

  • Demonstrated ability to influence across all levels of the business, positively challenging others to drive the best customer experience
  • Flexibility to respond quickly to change and re-prioritize. Ability to problem solve, frequently in ambiguous situations.
