foodora is a Berlin-based food delivery service that partners exclusively with beloved local restaurants to deliver quality meals in 21 countries around the globe. We know the best that our cities offer and we’re bringing it online, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We provide our restaurant-partners with an on-demand fleet of bicycle couriers, making it simple for customers around the world to access delicious meals.
We're currently expanding through Europe, Asia, Canada and Australia and we are always on the hunt for the brightest minds to join our team. Not only do we want to bring quality food to customers around the world, we also want to redefine delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.
We are looking for your help as Global Operations Manager (content) within our Berlin HQ.
Responsibilities:
* End-to-end ownership over restaurant menu content processes and visualisation in our product from data collection and editing to presentation and impact on business KPIs like conversion rate and customer reorder rate * Conceptualise, plan, and roll-out global initiatives that help us improving our restaurant content and business KPIs, e.g. like dish image photo shoots, 360° photos of restaurants, etc* Develop a benchmarking system to evaluate restaurant content quality in order to prioritise work of our local teams in a data driven way* Standardize and simplify global processes around content creation, editing, and uploading* Build global reports to manage productivity and efficiency of internal and outsourced resources working in our content department
Requirements:
* Organized and structured approach to complex problem* Outstanding drive, a passion to lead changes and loads of energy* Ability to work independently and efficiently* A hands-on mentality with a strong taste for implementation and testing* Ability to work with diligence at speed* At ease with juggling more than one task at any given time* Advanced analytical and excel skills are helpful* Experience in e-commerce companies or content management is helpful* Proficient English speaker
