foodora is a Berlin-based food delivery service that partners exclusively with beloved local restaurants to deliver quality meals in over 18  countries around the globe. We know the best that our cities offer and we’re bringing it online, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We provide our restaurant-partners with an on-demand fleet of bicycle couriers, making it simple for customers around the world to access delicious meals.  

We're currently expanding through Europe, Asia and Canada and we are always on the hunt for the brightest minds to join our team. Not only do we want to bring quality food to customers around the world, we also want to redefine delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.

We are looking for an Operations Intern (f/m/d) in our Hamburg office!

Responsibilities:

• You engage in projects on a regional level aiming at driving continuous operationalimprovement supporting the Ops Manager North.
• You contribute and help implementation and reinforcement of new processes within northGermany.
• You analyse rider performance and suggest action points.
• You support the team with the administration of our service systems and collaborate in theroll-out of new tools.
• You are working together closely with HR team and rider support team in Berlin
• You will be a contact for the riders -- managing and prioritizing their requests mostly via Mailor during the office hours

Requirements:

• You are still enrolled in a studies program in business administration, business management, Logistics/operations or economics
• You have exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail as well as a hands-on mentality
• You thrive in an environment that offers ownership and autonomy
• You have excellent Excel and MS Office skills
• You are eager to develop your skills and learn in a diverse and international environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English and German is required
•
