Account Management Executive (m/f) - HK

• Work as a member of our sales team
• Be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with our partner restaurants
• Have regular discussion and activation of a set of services (ad sales, promoted deals, online marketing packages…) which to increase the order volume and revenues generated by our partners.
• Interact closely with other members of the sales team (lead generation, content management, operations, vendor service and sales rep).

• 1-2 years of experience in an operational sales or account management role and have outstanding communication and commercial skills (including over the phone)
• Performance-driven, confident, friendly, have a strong work ethic and positive attitude even under pressure
• Enjoy building long term relationships based on trust and improving the way that business is being done, you understand the necessity of a needs-based sales approach
• Understand and can explain easily in a convincing way the benefits of different services to a restaurant manager
• Accurately understand and respond to concerns of your counterpart during a discussion, you can handle objections in a friendly way
• Interested in the restaurant business and will be proud to represent Foodpanda
• Have a good understanding of online marketing concepts and tools
• Familiar with the use of Salesforce
