Logistics Executive / Operations Executive (m/f) - HK

Descrizione

Responsibilities:

• Manage a fleet of delivery riders within a specific area (e.g. Schedule working times, solve daily operational issues, follow up on equipment, conduct weekly rider meetings)
• Support hiring of new riders
• Train and on-board new riders
• Assist and manage dispatching of orders
• Manage inventory for fleet equipment, office and associated paperwork
• Communicate closely with other departments (e.g. Human Resources, Call Center, Dispatching team)

Requirements:

• Good communication and Team working skills
• Proactivity, punctuality, discipline, time management and leadership
• Motorcycle license and own bike is a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Enjoy working with others, and represent our company in a positive way
• Experience in a similar role / managing a group of people experience is a plus
• Solid English skills
