Due to our continued expansion across APAC, we are looking to hire a Recruiter!
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle, acting as a key business partner for hiring activities for foodpanda-foodora APAC markets
- Collaborating with departmental hiring managers to define and develop vacancy requirements and hiring strategies
- Optimising recruitment processes and developing innovative ways to attract and test potential foodpanda - foodora employees
- Ensuring that vacancies are advertised on the correct channels, including the management of our social media career page
- Screening applicants' CVs, conducting telephone and Skype interviews as well as leading face-to-face interviews with the department's respective managers
- Training hiring managers on interview best practices as well as coaching them through the offer process
- Lead advanced direct search efforts for hard to fill vacancies including x-ray searching, Boolean searching, and event networking to maintain a pipeline of talent for future vacancy growth
- Mentoring junior members of the local HR/Recruitment teams along with hiring managers to drive a culture of knowledge sharing and transparency
Requirements:
- At least two years experience in full life-cycle recruitment, ideally with a background in agency or a high-performance environment
- The drive and ambition to work towards demanding business growth objectives
- A thirst for constant innovation in recruiting techniques, best practices, and sourcing technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of empathy and the ability to make people excited about the foodpanda brand
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt data from People Analytics into your recruitment style
- The ability to work autonomously with initiative and confidence
- Fluency in the English language. Fluency in any other languages of foodpanda markets will be advantageous
- A tertiary education in a field that has informed your approach to talent acquisition
