In this role, you will perform extensive data analytics, and be involved in establishing Customer Success programs to upsell products, increase service attachment rates and educate customers about Formlabs’ products. Presentation/communication skills are a must!

The Job: 

• Perform data analytics for Customer Success team
• Using SQL to query sales and customer service data to segment data and build predictive models
• Build automations to streamline manual processes
• Create reports and dashboards using Redash and SQL
• Collaborate with an international team across the EU & US
• Communicate effectively to present findings from analysis

You:

• 2+ years in a role(s) in any of these functions: Sales Operations, Services Operations, Data Analytics
• Skilled in: SQL, Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce
• Love to tell stories with data visualizations (Redash/Tableau preferred)

Bonus:

• Coding skills in (Python, Javascript, Apex or other Object-Oriented languages)
• Zapier, or like software
• Marketo
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services tools
• Website development
• Experience as Sales rep, Services agent or Customer Success Manager
