What will you be doing?

The CRM Team is responsible for our customer relationships across communications channels including email, direct mail, SMS and outbound telemarketing. This role leads our CRM activity on our new FlexiPay product, including a business charge card and line of credit. You will work with brand, creative and content partners to develop content and messages, with data and analytics stakeholders on audience definition and automation projects. You will manage the creation and deployment of email campaigns and coordinate activity with other channels to create compelling customer experiences. This is a high growth area of the business, with lots of opportunity to make your own mark and build creative solutions.

 

 

     Leading the development of CRM projects and communications to support our FlexiPay products through launch and into maturity - launch stages, ongoing CRM volume support and automation of lifecycle messages

    Working with analytic and data partners to define our audience segmentation approaches and contact strategies

    Measuring results, proposing optimisations and making change happen - this is more than a campaign delivery role and you will have scope to lead, reform and improve our customer messaging approaches for this product set

 

 

Are you?

 

    Smart and able to think on your feet - this role requires an entrepreneurial growth mindset

    An email marketing channel expert (2 years+) with a strong sense of how to deliver CRM campaigns ‘hands on’ via an ESP - knowledge of at least one platform is essential

    Appreciative of creative and an ability to both define and thoughtful customer messaging
