Vice President Human Resources - People & Organisation (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the strategic development of the HR department and develop a vision for Getsafe and position us as a top employer 
• You and your team will manage all HR processes in our fast growing start-up (recruiting, payroll, performance review, onboarding, employee development etc.)
• You proactively challenge the current organizational structure and work closely with the top management 
• You will act as a sparring partner for the managers in all personnel-relevant & labour law as well as strategic issues and develop the C-Level into experts and role models in their field 
• You will support the management team in building and maintaining our growth and feedback culture to retain our best talent
• You act as a confidant and coach for the existing HR team of currently four employees 

• You have several years of professional experience as a manager in the HR sector and have already worked in an ambitious environment, ideally in a start-up, tech company or management consultancy
• You have sound leadership responsibility & evidence of having improved an HR function in a sustainable way
• You follow trends of modern & agile organizations and are able to implement them at Getsafe 
• Passion, Ambition, Drive and Crazyness to throw "old" HR thinking patterns overboard and develop the Getsafe HR culture
• Broad understanding of the HR role in the various sub-areas (e.g. recruiting, compensation & benefits, personnel support, employee branding / culture, strategic personnel development)
