    We are looking for a stellar Director of Product who can help drive our mission forward, shaping key elements of the team vision, strategy and roadmap to ensure we deliver on our promise to our travelers.

We serve millions of consumers and have sold over 25 million tours, tickets and activities on our platform.  The 'Travelers' product team is transforming the way that customers discover, book, and enjoy amazing experiences.     Your Responsibilities:

    Vision

  • Lead the Travelers product team to develop the vision, strategy and roadmap to help travelers discover, book, and enjoy incredible experiences.
  • Communicate an inspiring vision to the Travelers product organization and to the broader company
  • Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities to grow and engage our customer base
  • Leadership

  • Build and grow a world-class PM and tech organization, focused on serving the needs of our travelers
  • Foster strong relationships with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Category Management and other traveler-focused teams to align product and operational goals
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and influence technical stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
  • Execution

  • Use data and metrics to evaluate and prioritize potential product opportunities
  • Make important trade-off and prioritization decisions for the Travelers product team
  • Create processes, frameworks, and systems for the Travelers product team to plan, design, and ship high-impact products
  • Your Profile:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, ideally 5+ years of consumer product experience
  • Demonstrated passion for solving customer problems
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, energized by developing innovative solutions
  • Experience with hiring, recruiting, coaching, and developing a team of PMs
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to derive insights from large data sets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to articulate what a winning product in this undefined space looks like
  • Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication
  • Consumer engagement, search, discovery experience a plus

    As a Senior Data Scientist you'll join our growing Data Products team and have a chance to make a large impact. As an embedded member of our Product or Marketing teams, you will be a trusted partner in a cross-functional team tackling the toughest and most impactful problems. The vast and diverse set of structured and unstructured data GetYourGuide has collected is powering data products such as search, recommendations and supplier on-boarding. You will own your projects end-to-end and work on the approach, build algorithms, data pipelines and metrics to measure success.

    Responsibilities:

  • Build data products that delight our customers and boost our business
  • Develop your ideas from a hypothesis to code in production
  • Build data pipelines to feed your algorithms
  • Analyze vast amounts of data to identify new opportunities
  • Contribute in developing our machine learning infrastructure and best practices
  • Make your team greater via continuous improvements and help in recruiting
  • Requirements:

  • Machine Learning: You apply regressors, classifiers, and recommenders. You understand in detail the underpinning of ML techniques. Applied experience productionizing machine learning models is a plus.
  • Software Engineering: You are fluent in a modern programming language (Scala/Python). Working knowledge on distributed machine learning and computing framework (Spark) is a plus.
  • Analytics: You are able to transform data into wisdom. You know how to test hypotheses. You are proficient with an analytics tool (pandas, R) and with SQL.
  • Business Experience: You applied the skills mentioned above in a business environment for 4+ years. A track record of result-driven work gives evidence of this.
  • Academic Background: You have an advanced degree in a quantitative field and can easily learn new skills or techniques

    We are looking for a talented Language Specialist who will own the translation and localization of our website and products from English into Russian. Be the Russian voice of GetYourGuide and support the  growth of one of our most promising source markets.

    Team Mission

    As a member of the Localization team, you will help to bring GetYourGuide products to our customers in their local language and provide first-class localization and translation services to all internal stakeholders and departments.

    Responsibilities

  • Localize, translate, and maintain the Russian version of our website, apps, product pages, communication, marketing materials, and copy
  • Be responsible for the quality of Russian copy - maintain the consistency, style, and tone of voice across all customer touch points by creating and maintaining style guides, glossaries, and other language-specific tools
  • Manage a pool of freelance translators by being their main linguistic point of contact and providing continuous feedback on the quality of their translations
  • Provide creative translation solutions and commercially appealing localized copy for different audiences and departments
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a similar position - in travel or online industry is a big plus
  • Experience in translating and transcreating copy from English to Russian
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Fluent Russian speaker with an excellent command of English
