We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Intern (m/f) that will help us to speed up our growth across Italy and will motivate people to our goal that everyone can have a healthier life.

You will report directly to the Head of the B.U. and You will help the Business Development team to expand our clientele. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.


Your role as Business Development Intern (m/f):

  • Support the team in identifying the best strategy for getting in touch with new potential clients between small, medium and large companies; 
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs; 
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media; 
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients; 
  • Communicate and spread Gympass concept; 
  • Support in building and maintaining our client's network; 
  • Support in selecting and sharing health and well-being knowledge, in order to approach HR managers and C-levels within companies; 
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. 


Requirements:

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Economics or related studies; 
  • Ability to think and work analytically, using different tools and channels to identify new business opportunities; 
  • Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously; 
  • Positive attitude and team spirit; 
  • Highly motivated in achievement and the entrepreneurial drive to develop our business; 
  • Strategic and commercial mentality; 
  • Aptitude for problem solving; 
  • Excellent communicative and presentation skills; 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; 
  • Native Italian and fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
