Intern in CRM and Onsite Marketing (m/f/d)

You are a highly motivated, creative and organized intern and want to join our Marketing team for at least 5 months ? Your heart beats for all things digital and you want to gain experience with CRM and Onsite Marketing?

Your Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating of integrated marketing campaigns
• Conception of CRM campaigns (e-mail marketing)
• Assist in optimizing our CRM activities
• Insight in different leading tools like Emarsys, Tableau, Dynamic Yield and Google Analytics
• Assist in coordinating between the Commercial Department, Marketing Channels, Art Direction and the Content & Design Team
• Implementation of campaign assets and management of our adserver & customer engagement tools
• Performance analysis of CRM & Merchandising (Onsite Marketing) activities and setup of reportings
• Validating and optimizing processes, in cooperation with other teams

Your Profile

• You are currently studying business or a similar relevant field 
• You feel responsible for the quality of your own work and you always try to find practical solutions
• Working analytically and process oriented with a strong attention to detail
• You are comfortable with managing multiple campaigns and projects with creativity and organization
• You are experienced with MS Excel
• You have a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce
• You speak either German, Dutch, Italian or French at a native level
• You are fluent in English
