Product Manager Data & BI Platform (m/f/d)

Our Data Platform and BI teams are in charge of maintaining and further developing our state-of-the art data platform, data warehouses and Business Intelligence tools in order to power data-driven solutions and insights across the company and continuously push the boundary of our business. 

Your Responsibilities

• Together with the Data leadership team, you own and shape the vision, roadmap and backlog of the Data Platform and BI teams 
• You work closely with management and business stakeholders from multiple operational teams and the data team to identify requirements and priorities
• You lead a data-driven decision making process to prioritize the product backlog according to business value and you drive the team to achieve the desired impact
• You work closely with the team to translate requirements into technical specifications
• You support the team in executing an agile development process and in improving the process together with an agile coach
• You coordinate resources, create project timelines for cross-functional efforts, and ensure on time delivery in high quality
• You are the key knowledge holder for all stakeholders on any inquiries regarding the respective solutions under your supervision

Your Profile

• You hold an academic degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a similar quantitative discipline from a top university
• You have experience in Product Management or Business Analysis related to Data Products 
• You have a data driven mindset coupled with a very strong business sense
• You have Experience in SQL, R, Python, or another scripting language
• You are tech savvy with a basic understanding of software, data engineering, BI tools and solutions
• You have exceptional communication skills
• You think fast, work proactively and always keep on top of things even in a fast-paced environment
