HotelTonight makes it remarkably easy to book great hotels at amazing rates. Our goal is to be the premiere and most loved way to book a place to stay and we're looking for someone to head our Brand Partnerships to help do just that.
In this role you'll be one of the pillars of our Global Strategic Partnerships team, leading the charge in building mutually beneficial partnerships with the world's top hotel brands. You'll set strategic priorities for our largest hotel partners, help HotelTonight scale and expand, and drive a significant portion of our bottom line revenue. This role reports into our Director of Strategic Partnerships. 
 
WITHIN 1 MONTH, YOU WILL:
  • Own, together with your team, partnerships with all of our global brands
  • Manage a team of 2-3 account managers supporting these partnerships
  • Have an in depth understanding of HT KPIs & metrics
  • Understand how our global brands contribute to top line business performance
  • Navigate key account management and reporting systems with ease
  • Meet with cross functional leaders to understand implications of brand relationships on their part of the business and identify opportunities for stronger collaboration
  • WITHIN 3 MONTHS, YOU WILL:
  • Meet with top global accounts in person to review business performance and discuss opportunities to strengthen the partnerships
  • Have worked with your team to create strategic plans for their portfolios
  • WITHIN 12 MONTHS, YOU WILL:
  • Have worked with your team to optimize all global brand accounts
  • Played a significant role in bringing on new key strategic partnerships
  • Revamped HotelTonight’s strategy around working with global brands
  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry
  • Experience managing sophisticated, multi-faceted partnerships & negotiations
  • Proven track record in navigating complex deals, terms, and contracting processes
  • Strong ability to collaborate, but also to prioritize and manage yourself autonomously
  • Experience managing a team with global scope
  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • A love of networking & fostering new connections
  • An undergraduate degree from a top school
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
