Quando i fondatori Adi e Alon dovevano ristrutturare la loro casa, hanno cominciato come spesso iniziano questi progetti: con un'alta pila di riviste, indirizzi e appunti su professionisti e case e con consigli di persone affidabili. Quando da quei mucchi di pagine non è emerso nulla di interessante in grado di trasformare il loro sogno in realtà si sono sentiti bloccati. Ci doveva essere un modo migliore. About the RoleThe IT Infrastructure team (hIT Infra) serves as the “last line of defense” for Houzzers globally. Partnering with Engineering, Information Security, Business Apps and Helpdesk teams, the hIT Infra team is responsible for providing our end users with the best possible experience when using our core IT apps and systems from any of our offices around the globe and remotely. Such a responsibility does not come lightly though; we’re looking for a highly adaptive, detail-oriented and motivated problem solver with a passion for IT and supporting the IT needs of a fast-paced, dynamic company.  
What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain trust between Houzzers, teams, organizations and IT that extends through and beyond the IT organization
  • Help scale and maintain system monitoring and alerting tools
  • Maintain the platforms that run our corporate services such as: applying security patches, ensuring disaster recovery plans and managing access control
  • Create and maintain day-to-day support & management documentation for systems and services troubleshooting
  • Provide Tier III support and troubleshooting for complex end user computing issues escalated from the Helpdesk team
  • Be the go-to technical resource and mentor for entry level system administrators and for  the Helpdesk team
  • Partner with the security team to implement security policies and ensure all critical vulnerabilities are patched in a timely manner
  • Occasional travel to other Houzz offices in the US
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call schedule

  • At a Minimum, We'd Like You to Have

  • 5+ years of corp IT experience, with at least 2 years in a systems and/or infrastructure role
  • Mid-level experience administering Windows Server technologies such as AD, GPO, DNS, CA and Storage
  • Strong experience with IaaS (i.e. AWS, GCP and/or Azure), SaaS (i.e. G Suite, Okta, etc), and on-prem infrastructure (i.e. servers, hypervisors, UPS/PDU, etc)
  • General knowledge of networking fundamentals, such as TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP and RADIUS
  • Familiarity with DBs such as MySQL, MS SQL and PostgreSQL
  • A disciplined approach in producing and maintaining documentation
  • The ability to physically lift and rack 40+ Ibs. equipment

  • Ideally, You'll Also Have

  • Experience administering routers, switches and firewalls, specifically Cisco and Palo Alto Networks
  • Deep knowledge of macOS, Linux and Windows
  • A general knowledge of configuration management tools, such as Puppet, Chef and Munki
  • An ability to write scripts in Bash, Powershell, Python or Ruby and automate tasks with REST APIs

    About the RoleHouzz, the revolutionary platform for residential remodeling and design, is looking for a consumer marketing leader to help increase traffic, drive new user acquisition, revenue and long term engagement.  This role will own all marketing activities tied to our eCommerce marketplace which is one of Houzz’s biggest businesses.
    What You’ll Do

  • Set the vision, strategy and execution for end-to-end Marketplace marketing at Houzz
  • Manage and grow our team of high performance digital marketers
  • Create and execute paid search (Text and PLA) strategies, design and structure campaigns to maximize ROI and revenue
  • Measure and optimize paid search, display/video advertising and direct response social campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams of creatives and analysts to drive our landing page optimization, product feed, ad creative and cross-channel/device attribution models
  • Test new and advanced advertising platforms and features with the ability to define, measure and identify successful tests and scale these programs
  • Manage our paid digital marketing budget and campaign pacing
  • Leverage our strong, authentic brand and incredible wealth of content to execute on content marketing strategies through paid channels

  • At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have

  • 5-10+ years of consumer marketing experience with at least 5 years of paid and organic search experience driving eCommerce revenue
  • Strong people management capabilities in building and managing large high-performing teams
  • Experience managing budgets that are tens of millions annually
  • A proven track record of running large automated paid media campaigns on Google and Facebook
  • Experience marketing the full funnel from branding and awareness campaigns down to retargeting
  • Expertise in text and product listing ads on Google, with moderate experience across multiple channels such as SEM, Display and Social
  • Expertise at market positioning, value propositions and engaging messaging
  • A balance of a creative and analytical mindset and interest
  • A detail oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • eCommerce experience with marketplaces that have a large catalog
  • Paid YouTube and Instagram experience
  • A bachelors or masters degree in a quantitative field such as economics, math or  computer science

    About the People Experience TeamAs part of the People Services (HR) Team, you will help to create a professional, positive, warm and welcoming office environment for Houzz employees that is in line with our culture and values. Not only does the People Experience team to support employees in each office, but it also manages overall employee engagement and large scale projects such as internal events, employee awards and wellness/perk programs. People Experience also manages external vendors (i.e. food, office services, and rentals) that are essential in supporting the company’s needs. This role would be largely dedicated to the overall experience of our Sales offices in Orange County, San Diego, Phoenix, and Nashville.

    What You'll Do

  • Create a lively, dynamic and fun work culture for your local office employees through events and programming that represents who we are as an employer and brand.
  • Be the day-to-day employee experience guru for your local office.
  • Assist in planning, facilitating, communicating and executing all company events in your location, including monthly and weekly socials, company meetings, annual events (e.g. summer picnic, holiday party), and celebrations.
  • Assist in special projects as assigned by the local Team Lead. 
  • Interact and manage vendor relationships, ensuring best pricing and services. Review invoices for accuracy and ensures invoices are submitted for payment, on budget
  • Local customization of programs, including employee wellness and perks, employee recognition and anniversaries in partnership with People Services.
  • Create experiences to recognize and celebrate sales rep achievements through contests and incentives. 
  • Assist with the new hire orientation (Foundations training) experience by hosting office tours, creating welcome kits and presenting employee perks.

  • Minimum of two years of event coordination, office management, employee experience, or similar role

    About The Role As a Workplace Operations Coordinator you will be accountable for managing the day-to-day operations of the office. You are the point person for office amenities and supplies while maintaining relationships with outside vendors to keep the office running. You pride yourself on your attention to detail, organization skills and ability to respond quickly. You understand that the little things can make a big difference in an employees’ day. You are a key member of the Workplace Operations team ensuring that the office is running smoothly and efficiently.

    What You'll Do

  • Responsible for receiving and sorting all mail and managing incoming and outgoing packages and delivering including shipping items to other Houzz locations, etc. 
  • Issue vehicle parking paperwork; ensure completion; maintain parking lists as needed
  • Maintain a complete and current file of office photos
  • Maintain accurate sets of floor plans and seating charts
  • Inventory management of office supplies working within the allocated budget
  • Manage all aspects of breakroom ordering, stocking, and general experience 
  • Oversee room scheduling through the Eventboard booking platform; partner with People Experience and other departments for all meeting set-up and take-down
  • Maintain relationships with landlords, vendors (janitorial, security, indoor plants,etc.), and internal partners such as IT, People Services, and People Experience. 
  • Manage tickets to resolve building maintenance issues; act immediately to resolve emergencies
  • Adherence and implementation of existing and new policies
  • Maintain appearance and organization of all conference and storage rooms
  • Manage equipment warranties, warranty repair, basic information including equipment schedules and unit serial numbers
  • Position will also include various ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks required to support the business throughout the year
  • Provide backup coverage for front desk reception

  • A minimum of 2+ years of administrative support experience; experience within a tech or startup environment strongly preferred

    About the RoleHouzz is looking for talented Associate Client Success Managers to join our team. As an Associate CSM, you will be part of the support team for Houzz Professionals from across the U.S and Canada. Each Professional is part of our entry level annual advertising program. Your job is to field inbound messages and calls from accounts enrolled in this program. During these calls you may optimize their profile with creative improvements and provide solutions to enhance program performance. You need to be comfortable promoting and educating on the benefits of a creative and directional advertising program.
    The ideal candidate has a pleasant, business oriented personality, is a hard worker and very tech savvy. You must be relationship oriented and put a high value on customer service. You thrive in a fun and competitive, yet team oriented environment.

  • Respond to Houzz clients in the inbound queue as part of a pooled support team
  • Answer questions on program performance and functionality
  • Foster program value and advance a positive program experience
  • Auto renew and manually renew appropriate customer opportunities

  • At least 6 months to 2 years of inside sales experience
