We are looking for an experienced, highly self motivated, multi lingual and ambitious B2B Marketing Specialist to be an integral part of the international Pro marketing team in London or Berlin. The role is an exciting opportunity to be thoroughly involved in driving successful B2B marketing campaigns to new and existing Houzz professionals across 14 international countries.

You will be a key part of a small and highly resourceful team from day one and we will quickly come to rely on you to help implement and facilitate effective marketing campaigns focussed on both lead acquisition and retention.

Main Responsibilities

Be a key part of the B2B lead acquisition and revenue driving campaign strategy and execution

Implement and set up marketing campaigns to Houzz professionals from scratch across multiple international countries

Leverage our strong and authentic brand and wealth of content to execute content marketing strategies

Monitoring reporting systems and running weekly reporting enabling you to spot trends

Working with internal stakeholders, following up on performance and effectiveness

Recommend solutions for creating more effective future campaigns

Requirements

Marketing experience, ideally B2B

Fluent in English and German

Hands on experience in lead acquisition strategy and implementation

Experience in executing revenue driving campaigns, in particular B2B sales

Knowledge of email best practices including subject lines, messaging, segmentation, list management and deliverability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly analytical and creative at the same time; a balance of creative and analytical mindset

A high degree of self motivation and driveHighly organised
