About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Brand Operations Executive who will ensure long-term success of Brand partnerships. He/she will liaise with all the relevant internal stakeholders (Sales team, Engineering team, Accounting) to assist with the general running of the European Brand Advertising Operations.
Reporting to the International Brand Advertising Operations Manager, the primary focus of the role will be on ensuring campaign administration and support to the European Sales team.
Brand Operations Executive support responsibilities include developing strong relationships with the Sales Teams Brands and other internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is able to identify Sales team needs, as well as Brand Partners needs, to provide support effectively on all aspects of a campaign, from set-up to wrapping up, and assist with ad-hoc requests and help to resolve escalations as needed.
Ultimately, he/she will be responsible for providing quality support and helping to grow our business. As you grow into this role you will take on more responsibility, taking on more projects as you become more familiar with how the Brand Advertising Operations run.
What You’ll Do
  • Campaign Administration (Europe)
  • Develop a collaborative relationship with Sales Team and customer stakeholders as required, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to both customer needs and objectives and Houzz’ standards, including the quality and relevance of assets provided
  • Liaising with sales team on collecting the correct assets, setting up, managing and optimising campaign overall quality
  • Checking assets for the campaign to ensure they are all correct and to specification
  • Inventory follow-up
  • Sales Support (Europe)
  • Accurate mid-campaign and end of campaign reports & insights ensuring team is up to date on availability and delivery progress
  • Campaign optimisation and analysis to ensure targets and goals are achieved
  • Maintain shared campaign reports and ensure information are properly recorded in relevant systems (e.g SalesForce)
  • Supporting the sales team with campaign management (as per points above)
  • Collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholders and owners to resolve ad-hoc issues
  • At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with large volumes of data, problem solving mentality with good numerical skills
  • Motivated, articulate and diligent, with excellent communication skills
  • Solid experience with SalesForce, CRM software and competent on all MS Office programs (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Fluent in English
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or other relevant field preferred
  • Fluency in other European languages a bonus
