The Brand Sales Manager's responsibilities include developing strong relationships with advertisers and brands, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, negotiating and closing deals, managing campaign set up, and preparing campaign reports focused on Spanish brands. The Brand Sales Manager will liaise between customers and our operations teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. The ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Sourcing new potential clients as well as managing existing clients for brand advertising
  • On-boarding leading Spanish brands to the Houzz Marketplace
  • Approaching brands, providing quotations, negotiating agreements and closing sales
  • Providing high quality account management to existing ongoing client relationships and campaigns
  • Working with our operations teams to ensure that agreed advertisements are carried in the right place and at the right time
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis
  • What you need to be successful in this role:
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English)
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Key Account Manager or other relevant experience in digital advertising (Brands or Agencies)
  • A passion for sales - you love driving new business and proven track record of hitting sales quotas/targets/KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce)
  • Ability to work with others in a friendly, cooperative manner and inspire your team to collaborate in alignment with our culture
  • Previous B2B, new business and/or sales experience a bonus
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth startup or fast growing environment preferred
