Our Brand Team Makes Things Happen 
We are looking to add a member to our Brand/Co-Op Account Executive team to work directly with brands/manufacturers for advertising and co-op programs. As a Brand/Co-Op Account Executive, you will focus primarily on retaining, cultivating and prospecting various brands/manufacturers. You are a hard worker with a proven ability to reach and influence executive level clients and agencies and have well-developed account management and sales negotiations and closing skills.
The ideal candidate has strong hunting skills, consultative sales, organization and analytical skills and thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment while working in a longer (1-3 month) sales cycle. This position could be based in Irvine or San Diego.
What You’ll Do
  • Execute all phases of the sales cycle including, prospecting, cold calling, online product demonstrations, proposal generation, co-op campaign implementation and account management.
  • Prospect assigned list of manufacturers, retailers, franchises and agencies. 
  • Create and deliver consultative brand/co-op sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Houzz marketing solutions
  • Coordinate approval processes, both internal and external.
  • Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research leveraging Houzz and/or 3rd party performance and delivery data.
  • Initiate on-boarding of new co-op programs (including brand webinars and sales training).
  • At a Minimum, We’d Like You To Have…
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience (B2B)
  • Dealer Networks or Franchise Model knowledge is a plus.
  • Past success in hitting or exceeding brand and or co-op sales goals is preferred
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have…
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional phone skills, rapport building and follow-up skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage customer activity with CRM tools
  • Client side advertising sales team or ad agency experience
