Join Houzz and help revolutionise the home decor industry by providing an integrated shopping experience where customers can find inspiration for their homes and buy products all in one place.

Houzz is looking for a talented individual to join our E-commerce Marketing team. This individual will be analytical, detail-oriented and have exceptional problem solving skills. He/she will have a background that includes a mixture of data analysis, planning and merchandising.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Work with the marketing and merchandising teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Analyze funnel performance across different digital marketing channels (E-mail, social media, search engines and more).

Build reports to monitor sales and keep track of the key metrics for each channel.

Monitor under performing marketing initiatives, recommend modifications, and take action to improve sales.

Conduct analyses to optimise customer experience on Desktop and Mobile.

Identify high potential areas for e-commerce growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

3-4 years of working experience in an analytical/planning role; experience in a e-commerce role is highly desired

Familiar with key digital marketing metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS

Very strong analytical and numerical skills

Highly organised and structured

Strong Excel Knowledge; Google Sheets knowledge a plus

Knowledge of SQL a big plus

Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in fast paced sales and client services environment

Exceptional collaboration skills – you enjoy working in a team setting

Detail-oriented, with exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to multitask

Ability to plan and prioritise

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages an added bonus!

Internet/tech savvy
