We have a highly engaged community of over 40M unique monthly users who leverage our technologies to find inspiration for their next project, connect with over 2.3M home design professionals and discover products in the Houzz Shop.

We are looking for a bright and creative native English speaker to join the Ivy team at Houzz. As a content writer you will be responsible for creating articles, marketing, and training materials that educate our market and drive adoption. Our perfect candidate will be one that can research and write high-quality content on a plethora of topics, with a full understanding of the readers’ interests and needs.

Responsibilities

Ownership of Ivy’s helpsite and training materials

Creating compelling newsletters and webinar content

Collaborating and brainstorming with the team for new ideas and strategies

Researching markets and industries to create content that is innovative to help increase customer adoption and growth in a SaaS business

Requirements and Qualifications

1+ years experience in high-tech industry as a content writer or similar position

Native English – a must

Ability to communicate and write text for global audiences

Strong social media know-howFormal experience in SaaS products - an advantage

Experience with WordPress- an advantage

Familiarity with SEO – an advantage
