About the Role

As a Growth Analyst, you’ll be part of our Growth Analytics team and a strategic partner to our Growth Product Manager, contributing to the team’s effort to identify, measure and fulfill its roadmap. Our team is working on discovering information hidden in vast amounts of data, and using that information to make intelligent business decisions that will propel Houzz’s user growth. Critical projects will focus on the ongoing development of metrics, determining which products to ship and identifying key user segments on which to focus our growth efforts. What You'll Do

Partner with product and engineering teams to conduct in-depth analyses that unlock growth opportunities and guide business decisions

Act as the owner and single point of contact for key functional areas within the growth analytics team

Build executive-facing dashboards to track progress of KPIs

Build and maintain data pipelines that serve rapid analyses

Identify, size and prioritize growth opportunities

Design and analyze A/B tests to drive product recommendations

At a Minimum, We'd Like You to Have

B.A./B.S. degree

3+ years of analytics experience in a consumer facing company

Proficiency with analyzing large datasets using SQL/R/Python

Strong empathy for the user, and an ability to think from the user’s perspective
