About the Role
Join us in building a best-in-class supply chain. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail oriented, a critical thinker, has a strong ability to multitask, great time management skills and is a proactive self-starter who works quickly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and carriers to manage shipment exceptions
  • Provide shipping quotes and documents for Direct, Marketplace, and Trade (expedited and bulk orders)
  • Generate shipping return label requests
  • Schedule pick ups with shipping carriers
  • Collaborate with Logistics team on selected shipping and damage issues
  • Propose, track, correct and update all 3rd party shipping approval requests for FedEx/UPS
  • Review EDI 214 data, solve and distribute customer and carrier issues to appropriate teams
  • Attend all carrier operations and quarterly meetings
  • Review damaged orders and file claims with shipping carriers
  • Research shipping costs on damaged shipments
  • Research and modify packaging shipping dimensions
  • Perform various logistics related audits
  • Work with Customer Service to collect missing data needed to file claims
  • Analyze logistics data on potential new SKUs to ensure profitability 
  • Approve submitted logistics data on existing SKUs to ensure continued profitability after detail review and analysis
  • Perform various tasks to support company initiatives and goals as needed
  • Promote a positive office culture and environment
    • At a Minimum, We’d Like You To Have
  • Experience with large amounts of data (Google Sheets / Excel experience)
  • Salesforce/CRM experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A knack for attention to detail
  • Technical savvy; Mac experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A positive, “can-do” and team-oriented attitude
  • A goal-oriented and proactive mindset; experience as a self-starter
    • Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (v-lookup, SumIf, pivot tables)
  • Strong process-oriented & research skills
  • A proven track record of success
