We’re looking for an experienced R&D Manager to join our TLV team! If you have a track record of leading a development team, deep technological knowledge and experience, and if you’re really into building a complex product that is growing fast, let’s talk.

Responsibilities

Manage the software development of our SaaS product E2E, including requirements capture, design, development, testing, review, and documentation.

Design and implement development methodologies, documentation procedures, code standards, technical goals and roadmap, release planning, tools adoption

Provide mentorship, coaching to team leaders as well as support their professional growth

Design and review code, troubleshoot and mentor team leaders on technical matters in order to keep up with our technological high standards.

Provide suitable decision making for product development and software engineering maintaining sensitivity to constraints and business needs.

Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time.

Guide the discussions and technical decisions towards the best possible solutions.

Responsibility for building and leading professional hiring and onboarding processes.

Work closely with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements and use cases and translate them pragmatic and effective technical solutions.

Supervise technology trends for fresh and innovative technology opportunities

Assist removing technical obstacles, help enhance team processes, handle resource issues and interact with various members to assure sprint iteration and product release successful delivery.

Requirements

6+ years of software engineering experience

2+ years of experience as a Development Manager with a track record of leading few dev teams

Experience with open source languages, preferred: Ruby, Node.js

Front-end experience, preferred: React, pure JS, jQuery

Good understanding of web application development and SaaS models

Experience in developing complex systems and integrations

Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Excellent communication, interpersonal, team player, and problem-solving skills

Fluent English (both verbal and written)

BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
