We are looking for a full stack developer to join our marketing team & execute online growth strategies to help drive new users and revenue. This is a great opportunity for a creative and analytical individual to contribute to the growth of a unique brand bringing together consumers and professionals, while developing advanced skills in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Set up CRM (Salesforce) infrastructure for scaling

Set up lead scoring and prioritization methodologies and infrastructure

Manage full cycle Salesforce & marketing automation (SF - Pardot) processes towards driving user & revenue growth

Integrate with marketing tool APIs (Facebook Ads, Salesforce, Optimizely)Develop & test efficiency of front end web applications

Strategize and manage web app A/B tests towards improving funnel efficiency

Work closely with sales operation team in reporting KPIs and prioritization of sales efforts

Integrate & automate advertising tools (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords)

Requirements

Solid marketing tech development skills (Proficiency in Salesforce & Pardot)

Experience with web front end development, including HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript

Experience with Information Design and architecting data flows

Knowledgeable in integrating with marketing tools APIs

Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify, and solve problems through analytical methodologies

Experience with web analytics & attribution tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Flurry is a plus

Knowledge and proficiency with query languages SQL (advantage)Past experience in statistical testing (advantage)Detail oriented and strong communicator

Quick and motivated learner with enthusiasm to develop digital marketing skills

BSc in Computer Science or equivalent

Fluent English (both verbal and written)
