Our Recruiting Coordinators Make Things Happen 
We are looking for an adaptable and detail-oriented Junior Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team!  
As a Junior Recruiting Coordinator, you will be our interview coordination guru. You will be leading our scheduling efforts for Orange County, facilitating the onsite candidate experience, assisting visitors to our office, and jumping in to help our Nashville, San Diego, and Phoenix offices when needed! We are looking for someone that has exemplary organization skills, a strong attention to detail, outgoing personality and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This person will support multiple recruiting channels, including our internal and university hiring efforts, and act as the main point of contact for all candidate needs.
What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate meetings/interviews and manage all recruiting calendars
  • Manage day-to-day recruiting workflow and interviews
  • Manage and monitor all candidate communication; onsite visits and correspondence
  • Develop and analyze job descriptions, provide feedback and edits as necessary
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to coordinate scheduling plans
  • Assist with Open Houzz hiring events at our Irvine office
  • Prepare daily interview packets for our Interview Teams
  • Greet and assist visitors to our Irvine office
  • Take on Ad Hoc Recruiting projects and programs to support the overall business objectives
  • Travel to our other Sales offices as necessary (Less than 10%)
  • Assist events after business hours as needed (Less than 10%)
  • At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have...
  • Strong familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Calendars
  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative and work with a team
  • Ability to adapt to unique challenges in a calm and logical manner
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention for detail and accuracy
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have...
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
