Our Sales Managers, Pro+ Make Things Happen 
You’ll lead a team of about 10-15 outbound telephone sales account executives for our Irvine sales office.  Your team will sell local marketing programs on Houzz to home remodeling and home service professionals across the U.S and Canada.  You’ll have the chance to hire and build your sales team in addition to leading some from our current team, working in a fun, innovative, world class, high-performance work environment. 
We are looking for a dynamic, smart, creative, sales leader with a proven track record of top sales and management performance.  You must be hands-on sales leader who rolls up your sleeves every day, showing them how it is done.
At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • 2+ years of top personal sales experience in advertising preferred
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other online advertising options
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • You've hired, trained, coached, counseled, and performance managed sales reps
  • You've led a top performing team
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, having sold and taught a consultative, yet deliberate sales approach
  • Strong platform training and one on one coaching skills
  • Excellent references from sales reps that have served under you, and senior leaders you have reported to. 
  • Previous use of CRM tools, i.e. Salesforce.com
  • Fluid with Excel/MS Office or Google Docs
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • Sales training background a plus
  • Telephone Sales experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
