Our Sales Planning Analysts Make Things Happen
Houzz is looking for a talented individual to join our Sales Planning team! This individual will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with all levels of internal staff. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, independent thinker, possesses a positive, team-oriented attitude and has tremendous organizational skill. Confidentiality will be a critical attribute. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, is approachable and personable, and must be used to working with confidential, sensitive information.
What You’ll Do
  • Building out and maintaining sales rep/sales manager/regional sales manager reporting that aligns with their compensation plans in terms of sales crediting, % to Objective, etc.
  • Calculating SM/RSM Objectives
  • Responding to rep/manager questions pertaining to reporting results and Objectives
  • Working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Planning, Sales Leaders to understand and implement any changes in the compensation plans that will apply to compensation reporting
  • Provide deliverables that enable the Incentive Compensation Admin team to calculate rep/manager Commission and Bonus payouts in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc analysis pertaining to job functions
  • At a Minimum, We’d Like You To Have…
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Highly organized and structured
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Expert Excel skills - comfortable with VLOOKUP functions, SUMIF formulas, Pivot tables
  • A love for working with numbers (you revel in your geekiness)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly adaptable in a dynamic work environment
  • Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have…
  • 5+ years work experience
  • 3+ years in an analytical role
  • Firm understanding of Salesforce
