We are looking for a Sales Planning Associate to join our team in Irvine. This individual will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with all levels of internal staff. This person is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, has exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task. They will assist a team of sales planning analysts with administrative tasks including communicating performance results, assigning leads, maintaining Salesforce account/lead records and general team support.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive on finding solutions to daily challenges. They will have a background that includes a mixture of sales operations, sales planning, data management and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Database Cleansing
  • Lead/Account assignments
  • Report and dashboard creation
  • Salesforce Maintenance Tasks
  • Ad Hoc Lead Reporting/Analysis
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 Years of working experience
  • Highly organized and structured
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Expert Excel skills - comfortable with VLOOKUP functions, SUMIF formulas, Pivot tables
  • Firm understanding of Salesforce
  • A love for working with numbers (you revel in your geekiness)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly adaptable in a dynamic work environment
  • Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Preferred major: Economics, Finance or Accounting
