Position Overview
Houzz is looking for an experienced Salesforce Admin/Developer to join our International Sales Operations team in Moscow. This individual will have strong communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with all levels of internal staff.
The ideal candidate succeeds working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and thrives on finding solutions to daily challenges. A proven record within sales operations, development and salesforce administrative support is required. Embodied characteristics include attention to detail, proficient problem solving and the ability to multitask.  Self-motivation and an inherent sense of urgency is critical.
What you'll do
  • Maximise the Salesforce platform and support end users across JAPAC & European Sales teams
  • Salesforce administration and configuration including (Workflows, Process Builders, and Custom Objects)
  • Solution configuration and incident/problem resolution (Including Apex Triggers, Apex Scheduler, Apex Email Service)
  • Support newly launched applications & provide analysis of new solutions and alternatives
  • Data integrity management (Data Loader, Apsona)
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to help manage the SFDC hygiene
  • Planning, integrating and managing of the deployment of approved applications or changes into our Salesforce environment
  • Proactively offer ideas and insights to improve efficiency within the Operations team
  • At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
  • Experience in Salesforce.com and Apex, certifications a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
  • Experience interacting with a wide variety of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Executive leaders
  • Desire to work and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of private and sensitive information, records and reports
