About the Role

Houzz is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior SEO Manager to lead its international SEO efforts across Houzz’s global portfolio of sites. As a member of the Growth team, you will take ownership of SEO strategy across 14 geos and nine languages, working under the Director of SEO.

You will work cross-functionally with the Product and Ops teams to coordinate SEO efforts and priorities, as well as work with a distributed team of native language speakers. You will also be a leader within the SEO team, mentoring SEO Strategists across all site verticals and contributing to overall Houzz SEO strategy.

You will have responsibility for results, the support of the SEO team of strategists, analysts and engineers, and you will have the resources to make things happen.

What You'll Do

Identify opportunities and set SEO strategy for Houzz international SEO

Coordinate with stakeholders across countries and time zones

Set keyword tracking and targeting standards and coordinate execution

Take direct ownership of English-speaking international sites

Monitor and report on rankings, traffic and revenue performance

Work with SEO engineers to implement SEO improvements

Work cross-functionally with other teams with conflicting priorities

Mentor international team members and teach them practical SEO skills

At a Minimum, We'd Like You to Have

At least 7 years of SEO experience either in-house or with an agency

At least 3 years of experience managing an SEO program
