We’re looking for a tech savvy problem solver who is dedicated to making sure our vendors have everything they need to be successful on Houzz. We need a self-starter with strong communication skills who can quickly solve problems and execute on team initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Resolve all inbound vendor inquiries about: order fulfillment, payment issues, and general account questions.

Review and approve Vendor Agreements.

Organize and activate vendor promotions by analyzing, verifying and tracking promotion reports. Work with the Buying and the Merchandise Teams to resolve any issues with promotion submissions.

Manage the flow of promotions ensuring that all promotions are loaded in a timely fashion to meet newsletter deadlines.

Actively engage vendors to build robust brand pages, understand the order fulfillment process, and improve vendor scores.

Work with vendors who are onboarded but not live on the site to obtain completed product data necessary to turn product listings live.

Manage inbound inventory updates received at [****] late order reports and communicate order updates to internal teams.

Perform various tasks in support of the Houzz Marketplace and other company initiatives and goals.

Provide superior customer service, contribute to a positive work environment, and embody the Houzz culture.
