About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who is dedicated to making sure our vendors have everything they need to be successful on Houzz. We need a self-starter with strong communication skills who can quickly solve problems and execute on team initiatives.

What You'll Do

Resolve all inbound vendor inquiries about order fulfillment, payment issues, and general account questions

Review and approve Vendor Agreements

Organize and activate vendor promotions by analyzing, verifying and tracking promotion reports

Work with the Buying and the Merchandise Teams to resolve any issues with promotion submissions and manage the flow of promotions ensuring that all promotions are loaded in a timely fashion to meet newsletter deadlines

Actively engage vendors to build robust brand pages, understand the order fulfillment process and improve vendor scores

Perform various tasks in support of the Houzz Marketplace and provide superior customer service that contributes to a positive work environment
