Since 2012, we've lent over €3 billion to 70,000 businesses across Europe. Our customers include everything from cafés to online fashion boutiques, salons to solicitors. Along the way we have built a sophisticated technology platform, won numerous awards and grown a fun and vibrant team of over 300 people from 35+ nationalities.
Who we’re looking for

The role
Your role is within a team that is core to our strategy and growth, and critical to our success.

Our partners include Commerzbank (who are also invested in us), Deutsche Bank's digital SME bank, Fyrst, and Qonto to name just a few.
Even though we already have a lot of partners, we want to grow further and enter into new partnerships in Germany. This is where you come in. If you are successful you will help provide financing to tens of thousands of small businesses through these partnerships.
We will equip you with a deep understanding of iwoca, our business model, general commercial acumen, strategic and analytical thinking and we will give you the opportunity to further develop your sales skills so that you can work your magic to help us achieve this.
Here are some of the things you’ll do:

- You will be responsible for expanding our partner network by identifying, converting and onboarding partner prospects and building relationships with relevant senior stakeholders and decision makers from across Germany.
- You will prepare and conduct meetings with existing and potential partners and prepare all necessary materials such as presentations for the meetings and, if necessary, coordinate these with other internal teams
