We are looking for an enthusiastic Ad Operations Specialist to join our Digital Advertising team, having as primary goal to execute, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns aimed at both branding and performance objectives across 58 firm’s web properties.

Responsibilities include the properly setting up and ensuring quality assurance of all components of a digital campaign (Text, Native and Display advertising) as well as the delivery of day-to-day operations of programmatic media sales including private marketplace, automated guaranteed, RTB and audience extension programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Text and Display campaigns with performance objectives

• Setup of private marketplace deals via Jobrapido’s supply-side platforms

• Oversee operations and delivery of automated guaranteed campaigns

• Execute updates to price floors and targeting RTB exchange marketplace

• Maintenance of integrations between programmatic platforms/sales, order management, and ad serving system

• Set up, schedule and maintain ad delivery for campaigns on Jobrapido in order to achieve maximum results and increase revenue potential whilst utilizing the tools and latest technology you have around you.


Required Skills and Experience

• Google DFP ad serving: expert level

• Google Ad exchange and AdSense: good knowledge

• SSPs and DSPs management: previous experience

• Fluency in English is a MUST

• Multi-tasking: ability to balance workloads from multiple stakeholders

• Detailed oriented: able to thrive in a fast-paced environment maintaining high standards of performance

• Analytical thinker: utilizes multiple data points to take the right decision

• Advanced Excel capabilities will also be essential to perform the role

• Communication: Ability to modulate communication style according to the audience

• Organization and prioritization: ability to allocate time and resources in alignment with business needs


We are looking for a professional with an in-depth knowledge of ad serving functionalities, programmatic ecosystem, industry trends and has hands-on experience executing different online

advertising campaigns (CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.). A sales approach and a Familiarity with buy-side programmatic tools (DSPs) are a plus.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience digital ad operations, previous programmatic experience is preferred.
