  • Responsible for implementation of “EPS/OSBU” project per Russian Central Bank requirements in a microfinancing company
  • Coordination of work between IT provider, Head office in Hamburg and accounting department in Kreditech Rus
  • Accounting methodology approval in line with “EPS/OSBU” requirements
  • Finalisation of task to IT provider

    Desired skills and experience
  • Project management experience in accounting and finance areas, preferably leading “EPS/OSBU” project experience;
  • Preferably experience of work in bank or microfinance company in Russia;
  • IFRS and Russian accounting basic knowledges;
  • Knowledge of loan portfolio accounting per IFRS (amortized cost methodology, IFRS9 impairment requirements)
  • University/ post-graduate degree in IT, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Accounting & Audit or related fields;
  • Fluent in Russian and English;
  • Leadership skills to drive and finalize the project;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work in a team environment;
  • Commitment to excellence and high professional and ethical standards;

    A day in this job

    As a technical support/helpdesk employee, you'll be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organisation in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues, you'll be the first person employees will come to.

    As our office in Poland has reached a new expansion phase we got to the point where on premise support is required You will be part of an international team with the headquarters in Hamburg and team members in India, Romania and soon Poland.

    As the main IT Operations personnel in our Polish office, you will be the main contact and responsible for the local IT Infrastructure making sure that all systems are maintained and in parameters.

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
  • Logging/processing employee tickets;
  • Collaborating with staff or customers, either face-to-face or over the phone and guide them through the system settings as well as identify computer problems and advising on the solution;
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
  • Testing and evaluating new technology;
  • Replacing hardware and software solutions as well as acquisition of equipment as required;
  • Handling access Management requests;
  • 1st level networking diagnosis.
  • Desired skills and experience
  • Good knowledge of both Microsoft and Apple operating systems;
  • Understanding of the software and operating systems mechanisms;
  • Good memory of how software and operating systems work;
  • Logical reasoning and problem solving skills;

    The scope of this role is to strengthen our credit risk controlling and to develop new approaches for portfolio management.

  • You will take ownership for Kreditech’s Global Credit Risk Controlling, focusing on analysis, reporting and control for our global consumer finance activities, within the Credit Risk department;
  • This is an exciting role for an experienced consumer risk controller, at the interface of Kreditech’s industry-leading credit risk technology with Data Science, Finance and Senior Management;
  • You are expected to:
  • Develop an accurate and timely credit portfolio management framework, covering daily, weekly and monthly management reporting;
  • Support the Risk and Credit departments as well as senior management in policy-setting, building analysis and reporting excellence for loan portfolios on the book, ultimately contributing to profitability and growth;
  • Develop solutions to ensure the accuracy of credit risk measurement and the capture of necessary data to support future credit model development;
  • You will own important credit risk analysis and support management decision on related topics, including:
  • Impairment analysis based on statistical models, suggesting feedback to scoring model and feedforward for budgeting;
  • Risk-return monitoring;
  • Scenario analysis;
  • Product Profitability/Pricing;
  • Data Governance.
  • Desired skills and experience
  • At least 3 years experience in Consumer Credit Risk Analysis/Controlling for a consumer lending organization or a rating agency;
  • University/postgraduate degree in a mathematical/statistical discipline;
  • Extensive practical experience and good knowledge of related fundamental principles, strong analytical skills and knowledge of risk modeling and valuation methods;
  • Specialist skills in analytical software (e.g. R, SAS/SPSS, Excel/VBA);
  • Experience, interest and aptitude in credit business and generally financial services industry;
  • Fluent in English and ideally also in German. Any other language would be a plus;
  • Ability to work effectively, both independently/self-directed and as a member of a team; attention to detail and timeliness in delivering on commitments; skilled in problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution; good communication skills;

  • You have experience in automating as much as possible with the use of a variety of scripting languages (BASH, Python, Go or similar);
  • Understand at least the basics of TCP networking and can debug basic networking issues;
  • Hands on experience with AWS cloud environment;
  • Team player with great communication skills, you work well with technical and non-technical teams;
  • Passionate about learning new technologies.
  • Fluency in English, our working language

  • Good understanding of database queries;
  • Familiarity with containers and orchestration systems like Kubernetes Docker Swarm or ECS;
